As a prominent independent hospital group in the UK, Spire Healthcare operates numerous facilities across the country, delivering a variety of outpatient and day case treatments. Our clinics specialize in areas such as Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Gynaecology, and Orthopaedics, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct nurse-led clinics for dressings and phlebotomy, assisting in minor pre-operative procedures.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the OPD Manager or General Manager to ensure optimal patient care and departmental efficiency.
- Support Consultants during patient examinations and minor surgical interventions, facilitating necessary investigations.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in outpatient settings, contributing to the smooth operation of clinics. Shifts will align with departmental hours, operating from Monday to Sunday.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- Active NMC registration without restrictions.
- Experience in Outpatient services or Minor Operations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
