Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
• A degree in Education, specializing in Early Years Foundation Stage or a related field.
• A thorough understanding of the Nursery curriculum and assessment practices.
• The ability to cultivate a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively plan and execute lessons.
