About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Goalkeeping Coach to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation. As a Goalkeeping Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality coaching sessions to our young players, focusing on developing their goalkeeping skills and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver coaching sessions for goalkeepers of various age groups and skill levels
- Develop and implement training programs to improve goalkeeper performance and technique
- Work closely with our coaching team to ensure consistency and quality of coaching
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and track progress
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with our organization's goals and objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a goalkeeping coach or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of goalkeeping techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
