Job Title: RAN Radio Technical Strategy and Evolution Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled RAN Radio Technical Strategy and Evolution Expert to join our team at Hydrogen Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining the radio capability strategy and owning the technical roadmap for Radio Network features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead RFI/RFP evaluations and provide recommendations for radio technologies.
  • Develop and implement radio capability strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Support technology trials and validate new solutions.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on RAN features and provide technical support across teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive alignment and influence technology adoption.
  • Produce technical requirements and specifications for new capabilities.
  • Present strategies and roadmaps to senior management.
  • Support regulatory and industry consultations on radio-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Open RAN, LTE, and 5G technologies.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, ML, cloud, and virtualization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in strategy development, technology evaluation, and field trials.
  • Knowledge of network simulation, project management, and Agile methodology.
  • Relevant academic qualification in telecommunications or computer science.
