About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in our retirement developments.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, handling their queries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for coordinating activities, events, and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the development.

With a strong background in administration and customer service, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, contractors, and internal colleagues. You will be a team player, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on resident satisfaction. You will be a natural communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

With a background in administration and customer service, you will possess a strong understanding of the importance of attention to detail, confidentiality, and discretion. You will be a flexible and adaptable individual, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
