Key Responsibilities:- Fulfill daily operational activities within a designated team, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity levels.
- Work towards set personal and warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring all deliveries leave on time and meet customer requirements.
- Efficiently manage Goods Receipt of stock and its subsequent storage in the correct temperature-controlled areas, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Prioritize urgent requirements and process cross-docked items in a timely manner, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles and the general handling of materials throughout the site, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Accurately pick customer orders in accordance with material number, quantity, batch number, expiry date, and temperature condition, ensuring high-quality service.
- Efficiently dispatch all customer orders from our warehouse, considering all customer, compliance, and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management on warehouse operations and performance.
- Experience in Warehousing and Supply Chain Operations, with a strong understanding of logistics principles and practices.
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 and SAP EWM Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with the ability to navigate and utilize these systems effectively.
- Ability to work in a team environment, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus, with the ability to provide high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
