Conveyancing Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join our Residential Property team at Sellick Partnership Limited - Private Practice. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with drafting and dispatching documents, conducting search applications, and handling post-completion matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Dispatching Documents: Prepare and send documents to clients and lenders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conducting Search Applications: Research and apply for necessary searches to ensure smooth property transactions.
  • Handling Post-Completion Matters: Oversee the completion of property transactions, ensuring all necessary steps are taken.
  • Verifying Mortgage Offers: Verify mortgage offers and ensure they meet the necessary requirements.
  • Liaising with Clients and Lenders: Communicate with clients and lenders to address queries and resolve issues.
  • Managing Help to Buy Loan Redemptions: Assist with the redemption of Help to Buy loans.
  • Ad-Hoc Administration Duties: Perform various administrative tasks as required by the team.
Requirements:
  • Residential Property Experience: Previous experience in residential property or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Conveyancing Experience: Familiarity with conveyancing procedures and practices is essential.
  • Busy Environment and High-Volume Workloads: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume workloads.
