Job Title: Compliance Business Partner

The WTW Compliance Function is dedicated to supporting the company's sustainable growth by providing proactive compliance advice and oversight. As a Compliance Business Partner, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and independent Compliance Function, ensuring that the company meets its regulatory obligations and maintains strong relationships with regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an efficient Compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Assess and mitigate regulatory risks, providing pragmatic advice and counsel to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and training on compliance matters, ensuring that the business is aware of its regulatory obligations.
  • Engage in the business risk assessment process, identifying and managing compliance and regulatory risks.
  • Represent WTW in industry associations and groups, fostering close relationships with other Functions, including Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in compliance or a related field.
