About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Dee Set. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and well-merchandised, driving sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise the Nutmeg clothing range to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Visual merchandising of cosmetics, clip strips, and greetings cards
  • Building and replenishment of display units
  • Ensuring store standards are met and exceeded
  • Collaborating with the retail team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Confident in using technology for work purposes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle (dependent on location)
