Control Centre Operative

Job Summary:
Apleona is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Control Centre Operative to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and updating rostering systems to ensure the efficient management of our security business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update rostering systems to ensure accurate and timely scheduling of security personnel
- Monitor and respond to out-of-hours escalation processes, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of security incidents
- Conduct compliance checks and reporting to ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and issue resolution
- Support the business in managing Planned and Preventative Maintenance work orders for account teams
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
