About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Dietitian to join our award-winning team at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dietetic services, encompassing patient assessment, nutritional counseling, and meal planning tailored to individual needs.
- Manage a diverse caseload of patients across various specialties, including surgery, oncology, diabetes, and pediatrics.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Contribute to service development initiatives and participate in projects such as Dietitians Week and Nutrition and Hydration Week.
- Supervise and mentor dietetic assistants, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Current HCPC registration as a Registered Dietitian.
- Recent and relevant experience within an NHS setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of national legislation, guidance, and regulatory frameworks related to dietetics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD).
