p>At Orion Electrotech Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. This position involves coordinating day-to-day activities related to building services, maintenance, repairs, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a point of contact for employees and contractors, ensuring that the workplace is functional, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the routine maintenance of the building, equipment, and systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and schedule repairs, preventive maintenance, and regular inspections to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage facility cleaning services, ensuring a clean and tidy office space that promotes a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Record and document risk assessments and maintenance activities in accordance with company regulations and industry standards.

Requirements for the Facilities Engineer:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on building services and maintenance.
  • Previous experience in HVAC systems and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
