We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to enhance our dedicated team. Your role will involve preparing a diverse menu that is both nutritious and tailored to meet the specific dietary needs of residents in our care facility.

Operating within a set budget, you will oversee a well-organized kitchen, guiding staff in food preparation tasks. Maintaining exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards is essential, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and other regulatory guidelines.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Experience in a culinary environment.
  • A recognized catering qualification (Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate and additional HACCP accreditation, or Level 4 Food Hygiene Certificate / commitment to pursue).
  • Flexibility to work within scheduled hours.
