Position: Consultant - Global Energy Solutions

We invite you to become a part of our team as a Consultant within the Global Energy Solutions division at Guidehouse. In this role, you will engage in a range of initiatives for prominent energy and utility organizations. Your duties will encompass providing strategic guidance on energy-related issues, performing in-depth analysis, and delivering insights to both internal stakeholders and clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients throughout the energy value chain
  • Collaborate on various initiatives concerning decarbonization, renewable energy, climate risk, and additional topics
  • Examine data to formulate recommendations and actionable solutions
  • Assist in the creation of client proposals and support business development efforts
  • Embody Guidehouse's core principles and dedication to diversity and inclusion
  • Complete necessary background checks and employment verifications

Qualifications:

  • Relevant undergraduate or graduate degree in a related discipline
  • 0-4 years of experience in sustainability or energy sectors
  • Familiarity with energy systems and market dynamics is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable Attributes:

  • Willingness to work globally in English
  • Proficiency in the local language of the work location is advantageous
  • No restrictions on employment from prior employers
