We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for supervising and training payroll team members to support the delivery of a first-class, high-volume payroll service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Payroll administrators to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Oversee the management of staff and escalated payroll requests to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide payroll subject matter expertise to support the development of payroll processes and procedures.
- Manage the delivery of an accurate high-volume payroll from end to end, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Monitor and manage staff KPIs and client contract/SLAs to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven payroll management and team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
