About Pioneer Selection

Job Summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading electrical design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement electrical design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain electrical design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior electrical design engineer or lead electrical engineer in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
