We are currently recruiting for a Children's Senior Residential Worker to join our team at Westover, a children's home that provides a safe and supportive environment for young people.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. As a Children's Senior Residential Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to our residents, including personal care, education, and leisure activities
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and development of our residents
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
