Position Summary: This role is integral in assisting the Marketing Manager at Manthorpe Building Products, focusing on fostering growth through well-planned marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at trade clients, including builders, suppliers, contractors, architects, and design professionals.
- Engage in content creation across various digital platforms, producing materials such as photography, videos, and infographics.
- Maintain and manage the customer database, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of sales materials, technical documents, and other marketing resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide detailed reports to the Marketing Manager.
- Utilize data insights to inform and enhance future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to synchronize marketing efforts and support their client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the construction or building products sector.
- Possession of a CIM qualification or a degree in Business with a focus on marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in an engaging manner.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including website management, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) is essential.
