Role Overview

We are offering a unique opportunity for two Patient Safety Partners to engage in a pivotal role within our organization. This position is designed to enhance patient safety and experience through collaborative efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Committee Participation: Attend and contribute to various committees focused on quality and performance, patient experience, and oversight of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Service Assessments: Support the execution of 15-Step service assessments, ensuring that the perspectives of patients are fairly represented and considered.
  • Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor to the organization in the formulation and implementation of patient safety and experience policies and strategies.
  • Networking: Engage and collaborate with other Patient Safety Partners across both private and public healthcare sectors.
