About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Mechanic Apprenticeship Coach to join our team. As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will work with various multi-functional teams to visit learners in their workplace, using your vocational experience and knowledge in vehicle engineering to deliver learning, coach, and assess them to achieve their apprenticeship.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver learning and coaching to apprentices in a vehicle engineering environment
  • Assess and support apprentices to achieve their apprenticeship goals
  • Work collaboratively with multi-functional teams to ensure successful apprenticeship outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry-related qualification (minimum of level 3)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an appropriate industry environment
  • Demonstrates a high level of organisational skills
  • Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment (desirable)
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/Education & Training (desirable)
