We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Malmaison. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality and service standards.

About the Role

As Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. You will have a proven track record of working at this level, with experience in developing and leading a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality and service standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
