Head of Legal Practice Opportunity

Our client, a forward-thinking company in the residential property market, is seeking an experienced Head of Legal Practice to lead their Conveyancing firm. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of legal compliance and client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the firm's legal practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and CLC authorisation.
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the firm.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies, training, and reporting procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Conveyancing and directors to drive business growth and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
  • Proven experience in a senior role, ideally as a HOLP or Compliance Manager.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing processes, property law, and associated regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk management and quality assurance.
