Reporting directly to the Workshop Supervisor, you will leverage your technical expertise to diagnose intricate vehicle issues and enhance your skills by working with a diverse range of automotive models and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute routine vehicle maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Perform diagnostics to pinpoint and rectify vehicle concerns.
- Conduct electronic visual health assessments (EVHA) and deliver comprehensive reports along with professional recommendations.
- Engage with customers and service representatives, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Guarantee that all maintenance activities adhere to safety and quality protocols.
- Keep abreast of product and service advancements through continuous training.
- Participate in process improvements and mentor apprentice technicians.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented with the capability to articulate technical information effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Preferred Level 3 qualification in vehicle technology.
- Possession of a full UK driving license is mandatory.
- Experience with specific manufacturers is advantageous.
