Overview

We are seeking a Culinary Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our three outlets. Given our rural location, please consider your transportation options before applying. This role involves leading the team while collaborating with management to drive business growth.

Salary: £23,400 per annum

Key Responsibilities

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will provide daily support to your team, ensuring exceptional service for all café visitors. This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Your primary focus will be front-of-house operations, directly engaging with customers and serving food and beverages. A passion for customer service, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence are essential.
Attention to detail is crucial; you will ensure displays and signage are accurate and that food presentation meets our high standards. Occasionally, you may assist the kitchen team with food preparation.
You will also play a vital role in onboarding and training new team members, fostering a culture of outstanding service and memorable experiences.
We provide comprehensive training, including food safety and allergen awareness, along with opportunities for further professional development.
