Key Responsibilities:
As a Civil Works Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing various civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the short and medium-term project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Collaborating with the Construction Manager and project teams to coordinate construction activities and ensure subcontractors fulfill their obligations.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of site activities, resources, and material compliance.
- Executing earthworks, concrete works, and drainage tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
This position is ideal for candidates who possess:
- A HNC in a construction-related field or NVQ level 2.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in site construction activities, including staff and subcontractor management within regulated sectors.
- A valid CSCS card and experience as a Supervisor or Manager, along with SMSTS certification.
- Previous experience in civil engineering and environmental projects, particularly in earthworks, concrete works, and drainage.
