As a Family Therapy Lead, you will play a key role in providing systemic family therapy assessments and interventions for patients, their families, and carers. Key Responsibilities- Provide Systemic Family Therapy Assessments and Interventions
You will conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to support patients, their families, and carers in coping with serious illness or the end of life of a family member.
Consult and Advise on Family Strengths and ResilienceYou will work closely with therapy and clinical staff to provide consultation and advice on facilitating family strengths and resilience, enabling families to better cope with and adjust to serious illness or the end of life of a family member.
Oversee and Supervise Placements for Family Therapy StudentsYou will oversee and supervise placements for Family Therapy students, ensuring they receive high-quality training and support in systemic family therapy.
Contribute to the Development of Projects Promoting Family Resilience and WellbeingYou will contribute to the development of projects within the hospice that promote family resilience and psychological wellbeing, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.
Requirements- Postgraduate Qualification in Systemic Family Therapy
You will hold a postgraduate qualification in systemic family therapy and have significant experience in providing systemic family therapy assessments and interventions.
Experience in Working with Vulnerable PopulationsYou will have experience in working with vulnerable populations, including patients, their families, and carers, and be able to provide sensitive and compassionate care.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsYou will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with our multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality care and support to our patients and their loved ones.
