About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our commercial efforts on a variety of developments across the North West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize contract profitability through effective cost management and cash flow optimization.
  • Supervise subcontract procurement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Play a key role in risk management, conflict resolution, and cost engineering.
  • Contribute to the development of project strategy and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within the construction sector.
  • Strong account management and commercial expertise.
  • Collaborative team player with adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent analytical, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Degree qualification preferred.
  • Professional membership of MCIOB or RICS desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of groundworks, roads, and sewers.
  • Familiarity with COINs and 4p (viewpoint).
  • Experience in managing assistant surveyors/trainees.
