Position Overview
As an Environmental Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical assessments to bolster our operational teams. Your expertise in environmental science will enable you to proactively detect and address indicators of potential performance challenges within our sewage treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze leading indicator data from sewage treatment operations to identify trends, implement solutions, and manage follow-up actions effectively.
  • Support colleagues in gathering and interpreting complex technical data, providing expert insights, recommendations, and advice as necessary.
  • Regularly assess intricate weather data, generating comprehensive reports and actionable insights for field teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external data sources to enhance the breadth and utility of the environmental data utilized.
  • Stay informed about advancements in relevant technical fields that could enhance operational efficiency, proposing initiatives to the team or management.
Working Hours
This position operates on a shift basis, with early shifts from 06:00 am to 14:45 pm and late shifts from 13:15 pm to 10:00 pm, following a rotating schedule.

Qualifications
  • A degree (or equivalent) in an environmental science-related field is preferred, along with exceptional relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is highly advantageous.
  • Strong presentation skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, both technical and non-technical.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential for this pivotal role.

  • Competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum, commensurate with skills and experience.
