About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Façade Engineering professional to lead our Façade Engineering team and drive business growth. As a key member of our Engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our Façade Engineering services, while ensuring high-quality project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Façade Engineering, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth and revenue.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Façade Engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure project success and professional development.
  3. Project Management: Oversee the entire Façade Engineering process, from concept development to construction documentation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding Façade Engineering aspects, addressing their concerns and ensuring their vision is realized.
  5. Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure that Façades meet industry standards, regulations, and client expectations.
  6. Commercial Awareness: Manage and provide advice on matters relating to the commercial success of the Façade Engineering team.
  7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to growing a Façade Engineering team and propose mitigation strategies to ensure the success of this new business venture.
