We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our client's dynamic sharing community for holiday apartments in Windermere. If you have a passion for repairs, painting, and ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay, then this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with repairs and touch-ups to maintain our apartments in top condition.
- Utilize your painting skills to enhance the aesthetics of our holiday apartments.
- Change light bulbs to ensure our guests have a well-lit and comfortable stay.
- Perform leaf blowing to keep our outdoor spaces clean and tidy.
Whether you're an experienced maintenance professional or just starting out in the industry, we welcome your application. While previous experience is desired, it is not essential.
What We Offer:- An attractive hourly rate of £12.30.
- A fantastic working pattern of Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (with Wednesdays and Thursdays off).
- Hours are 8am - 5pm, with weekends from 10am - 5pm.
