Role Details:
This is a full-time position, requiring 37 hours per week from 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM. This temporary role offers a competitive pay rate of £11.44 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for court users, providing essential support and guidance.
- Engage with the judiciary and assist administrative staff in maintaining efficient court operations.
- Prepare court and hearing rooms, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Interact with members of the public, including vulnerable witnesses and their legal representatives.
- Perform general clerical tasks to support HMCTS's mission.
