We are recruiting a Support Worker to join our team in Bidford-On-Avon. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to live their best lives.

About the Role

You will work with individuals to develop their skills, achieve their life goals, and thrive in their community. Your role will involve providing everyday personal care, supporting individuals to plan their weekly shop, and accompanying them on outdoor adventures.

What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate, rising to £ per hour from 1st October 2024.
  • A mixture of early, late, and weekend working.
  • 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, and 50% for key dates over Christmas.

Requirements

We are looking for a Support Worker who is kind, diverse, positive, and visionary. You will need to have a driving licence and access to a car, or be able to get help getting to and from the service. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts to support your work and home life balance.
