About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Leader to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional customer service and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve high standards of customer service and sales performance
  • Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control the flow of customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve customer experience and sales performance
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the leisure industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
