Job Description

At Saunders Scott, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Java Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, high-performance telecom solutions using Java EE technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop telecom applications using Java EE technologies, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with network engineers to integrate Java-based solutions with telecom infrastructure, enhancing service delivery and network performance.
  • Architect and implement OSS/BSS systems that streamline billing and customer management, order management processes.
  • Implement security protocols in line with telecom industry standards, safeguarding customer data and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to design and architectural guidelines.
  • Review and approve architecture and deployment strategy with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Java EE technologies, including JSP, JavaScript, Angular, and React.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems, including PL/SQL, MSSQL, and Mongo.
  • Ability to prepare non-functional requirements, including performance and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
