Tec Partners is a leading provider of specialized engineering services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Commissioning Engineer with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, or controls engineering to lead commissioning activities for new and repeat build machines. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in commissioning equipment, preferably internationally, and a solid understanding of PLCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with controls engineers on machine analytics to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with machine relocation planning to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Lead commissioning activities for new and repeat build machines, including FAT in the UK and SAT internationally.
• Contribute to the development of associated documentation, including machine manuals, qualification protocols, SOPs, and future machine URS documentation.
• Own and manage machine settings logs and changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage upgrade installation and validation exercises on existing machines to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

• 4 years minimum experience in commissioning equipment, ideally internationally.
• Electrical, mechanical, or controls engineering background.
• Understanding of PLCs and ability to read electrical and pneumatic circuit diagrams.
