You will work closely with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to public health.
  • Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict health outcomes, evaluate interventions, and support decision-making.
  • Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively to a diverse audience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and public health research.
Skills and Qualifications: Essential Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in data science methods, including statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
  • Strong understanding of ethical considerations related to data privacy, security, and confidentiality.
  • In-depth knowledge of research and evaluation methodologies in public health.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git/GitHub.
