Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and engineers throughout the entire customer journey.
  • Remotely assist engineers on site, offering technical solutions where required.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, manufacturing regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with planning duties as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineers to foster better engagement and collaboration.

Requirements

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • A minimum of 5 years of boiler service and repair experience, along with fault-finding skills on all domestic gas boilers.
  • Health and Safety working experience.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with a good command of English.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to workloads and tasks.
