Job Overview

The Publicis Media AV team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AV Account Executive to join our team. As an AV Account Executive, you will be responsible for working on AV (TV, BVOD, Cinema & SVOD) media activity planning and overseeing campaigns from brief to activation and review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with and eventually buy market-leading advertising campaigns across TV, Video, and Cinema for all clients.
  • Negotiate with various media owners to drive access to the best environments for a campaign's target audiences and ensure best results for clients at the best prices.
  • Take responsibility for all campaign administration from approval to reconciliation.
  • Create post-campaign analysis reports.
  • Work with the team to ensure that all KPIs and any audit specifics are achieved.
  • Meet all deadlines set by your client team, the AV team, planning team, and the client.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes within the AV marketplace - share market intelligence with the wider AV team.
  • Embrace changes and advancements within the industry, team, and systems.
  • Use appropriate systems and technology in an effective and efficient way.

Requirements

  • Have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, with an intermediate to advanced ability on Excel in particular, including formula construction.
  • Be passionate about delivering outstanding work with a great attention to detail.
  • Have a strong ability to communicate both face-to-face and on the phone.
  • Be a great team player with an inclusive spirit.
  • Be dedicated and conscientious and go the extra mile when necessary.
  • Have an ability to learn new processes and technology quickly.
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
