Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team at Grundon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our landfill gas management efforts and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for landfill gas management, including monitoring and maintenance of gas collection systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective waste management practices and minimize environmental impact.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor gas management activities and provide technical guidance to staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in landfill gas management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in landfill gas management, preferably in a consultancy or waste management company.
  • Strong technical knowledge of gas collection systems and monitoring techniques.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
