We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to enhance our team.

The organization delivers Construction and Project Management Services to clients engaged in Renewable Energy or various Civil Engineering initiatives. This encompasses: Civil & Electrical Design; Project Procurement; Contract Management; Site Oversight; Principal Contractor Role and Project Delivery to completion.

Green Cat Contracting is in need of a Construction Site Supervisor to collaborate across multiple sites and with affiliated companies within the Green Cat Group.

Core Responsibilities

· Overseeing and optimizing the construction schedule.

· Managing and controlling construction expenditures.

· Cultivating and sustaining positive working relationships with Clients and their Representatives.

· Leading, inspiring, and supervising the site team while developing strategies as necessary.

· Directing Safety Management on-site for all operations, Suppliers, and Subcontractors.

· Coordinating with any consultants and subcontractors involved in the project as required.

· Implementing enhancements and innovations where applicable within your scope of responsibility.

· Reviewing drawings and specifications for accuracy.

· Organizing selected materials for procurement from the purchasing department.

· Ensuring quality documentation is maintained to meet required standards.

· Addressing any unforeseen technical challenges and other issues that may arise.

· Collaborating with other departmental managers.

· Preparing and assessing Risk Assessments and Method Statements for project activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

· Formal Qualification in Civil Engineering/Engineering/Quantity Surveying.

· Expected Job Role Level of Competency; HND, B.Eng or M.Eng.

· Relevant Site Experience.

· Minimum of 2 years Management Experience.

· Willingness to travel across the UK as necessary.

· Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

· A valid UK driving licence is essential.
