Key Responsibilities- Provide physiotherapy services to patients in an acute setting, including General Medicine, Elderly Care, and Surgery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Minimum 6-12 months of NHS experience in an acute setting.
- Hold a Physiotherapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration.
- Be available to commence the role within a maximum of 2 weeks from confirmation and commit to a minimum period of three months.
