Role Overview:

As a Sous Chef, you will oversee a specific kitchen section, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of exceptional quality dishes that meet our high standards. Your creativity and understanding of contemporary culinary trends will be essential as you collaborate with the Head Chef to innovate new menu items while guiding and mentoring Commis Chefs and Apprentices in the kitchen.
