Your Role

As the Dining Operations Manager at Estelle Manor, you will be at the forefront of our restaurant operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, inspiring, and training a dedicated team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Overseeing the daily operational activities and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Collaborating closely with the General Manager to achieve financial objectives.
  • Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
