About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse to join our team at The Chimneys Clinic, a specialist service providing care for women with emerging or personality disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide mentorship and support to colleagues, promoting positive teamwork and a culture of excellence.
  • Observe, record, and report service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided.

Requirements

  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong team-working skills, with a high level of self-motivation and flexibility.
  • Positive attitude, with a natural ability to care and compassion.
  • Commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
