Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class 2 driver to join our team at Randstad Business Support. As a Class 2 driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods and services to our clients in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure load security at all times and adhere to the Company's 12 Life Saving Rules.
  • Deliver an efficient and satisfactory multi-drop delivery service to customers, including other company departments and depots.
  • Abide by the current Safety, Health and Environment policy, prioritizing the safety of staff, customers, and members of the public.
  • Handle cash and cheques securely, as required by company policy.
  • Operate the company's ISO 9000 Quality Assurance System to the satisfaction of the Department and Quality Manager.
  • Collect payment for services and obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods, as defined by company policy.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of allocated vehicles and complete necessary paperwork daily.
Requirements
  • Minimum LGV C (HGV 2) license.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
  • Driver's CPC Card.
  • ADR with Core and Packages and UN Class 2.
  • FLT Licence an advantage.
  • Experience of Multi-Drop Deliveries and knowledge of Local/Regional Areas.
  • Willingness to undergo Company Medical if required.
  • Disclosure of any unspent convictions.
  • Any First Aid or Health & Safety Qualification is an advantage.
