  • Assist in the development, generation, and management of various cost-saving initiatives aimed at enhancing our client's performance in international markets.
  • Gain exposure to innovative automotive projects across the organization while building relationships with experienced engineers in vehicle development.
  • Focus on identifying cost reduction opportunities within the Research and Development center through technical analysis and internal benchmarking, while assessing the viability of these initiatives in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management to communicate the implications of proposed cost reduction strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum HNC (Degree level preferred)
  • Preferred experience in the automotive sector
  • Desirable skills in project tracking and management

Essential Skills

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Possession of a full UK driving license

Desired Skills

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Knowledge of automotive systems
  • Experience with vehicle components
  • Involvement in cost reduction activities
  • Some background in project management

Experience

  • 2-5 years of industry experience preferred, though full training will be provided
