We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
Key Responsibilities- Foster lasting relationships with clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Understand client recruitment needs and provide strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
- Find and engage the best talent, attracting top candidates through effective engagement strategies.
- Negotiate terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Meet and exceed KPIs with zeal and efficiency, collaborating with a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
To succeed in this role, you must have a sales background and be sales-driven and relationship-focused. You should be results-focused, possess an ambitious drive to succeed, and be resilient, persistent, and determined. You should also be passionate about people, outgoing, and confident, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
