Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Planning Specialist to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our planning team, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and processing planning applications from customers, ensuring their sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze planning applications to determine their feasibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Draft and develop plans and drawings for renewable energy projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project sites and gather data for planning purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in renewable energy planning, with a strong background in planning and scheduling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to commute to project sites.
