We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our Construction division.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your recruitment skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maximize the profitability of the Construction Temp desk by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • To provide a professional recruitment service to clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • To develop and maintain existing client relationships, building trust and loyalty.
  • To win and develop new business through sales calls and client visits, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • To resource and interview quality candidates, ensuring the best fit for our clients' needs.

Requirements:

  • Sales orientated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer focused with exceptional organizational skills, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

Educated to A-level standard, with a strong academic record and a passion for recruitment.
