The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered safely and without incident.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Construction Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager in a consultancy or PQS environment.
  • Experience working on projects within the property and building sectors.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
